Admission Information – AIM Convent School, Bhiwani

We offer classes from Nursery (L.K.G.), Prep (U.K.G.), and Class I to XII.

How to Apply:

Application forms must be filled and submitted to the school’s administrative office within two working days of receiving the form.

Admission Process:

• For Nursery and Preparatory (U.K.G.) classes, admission will be based on an observation and interaction session. This will usually take place on the same day of form submission, and both parents are required to be present. The exact date and time will be shared at the time of submitting the registration form.

• For admission to Classes I to XII, students will be required to appear for a written test.

Documents Required at the Time of Registration:

• Duly filled and signed Registration Form

• Two passport-size color photographs of the child

• Proof of date of birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or other authorized authority)

• Transport form, if school transport is needed

• Photocopies of the final exam report cards of the last two academic years, and the current year’s report (for Classes I to X)

Please ensure that the registration form is complete in all respects, as incomplete forms will not be accepted.
